L-lactic acid lactate dehydrogenase

Lactic acid structural formula , molecular formula , relative molecular mass of 90.08, both molecules with  (OH) and a  group  two functional groups, is the most widely used naturally occurring carboxylic acid, is the most simple one kinds of  acids. Acid widely found in animals, plants and microorganisms, the presence of human and animal body tissue metabolism of Zinc lactate acid and L-lactic acid to L-lactate dehydrogenase, D-lactic acid dehydrogenase is not present. Because lactic acid is easily absorbed directly participate in the metabolism, promote digestion, known as "muscle lactic acid" is bio-chemical, fine chemical industry in a twinkling star. Human intake of L-lactic acid, can be absorbed and decomposed, while the ferrous lactate can not decompose easily in vivo formation of D-lactic acid accumulation.
Now widely used in pharmaceutical, wine, food, beverage, health care products, paper, leather, tobacco, paint, ink, electroplating and plastics industry and pipeline corrosion, daily chemical and other fields.
